The Fraternitas Ethical Fund seeks to avoid investments that are at odds with the principles and teachings of the Catholic Church. It is supported by Ethical Consultants, appointed by the Order of the Friars Minor (OFM), who provide the exclusion criteria of issuers of securities. In addition, while maintaining investment costs in line with its category, the Fraternitas Ethical Fund donates 0.50% of NAV per annum to the OFM. The OFM (http://www.ofm.org) was founded by St. Francis of Assisi in 1209. More than 15,000 Friars Minor are spread over the five continents and work in 107 countries, where they are active in more than 2,000 Parishes and Sanctuaries.
